PURPOSE: To stably and continuously feed granular material, by providing one or more partition plates extending perpendicularly to the axis of rotation of a rotor and by staggering radial blades on both the sides of the partition plate.

CONSTITUTION: The rotor is installed in a housing 11 to transfer the granular material from a feed port 12 to a discharge port 13. The rotor has one or more partition plates 18, which are mounted on a shaft 17 so that the rotor is divided into two or more sections. The radial blades 14, 19 are staggered on both the sides of the partition plate 18, thereby defining small chambers 15, 20. The granular material is contained in the small chambers to be transferred. Therefore, the granular material can be stably and continuously supplied.
