PURPOSE: To maintain constant supply function, in a rotary feeder in such a construction that a rotor with feed vanes is installed rotatably in the casing, surely by furnishing between feed vanes a pushout means to push out the pulverized substance forcedly outward in the radial direction of the rotor.

CONSTITUTION: If a pushout vane 13a faces a lead-in port 40 when a rotor 12 is rotated in the S direction, a roller 21a is guided from the separate portion 22b of a cam groove 22 to its close portion 22a, so that an arm 19a rotates clockwise round a rotary shaft 17a to cause inward turn of said pushout vane 13a. Thereby a certain amount of pulverized substance is introduced between the feed vanes 14a, 14b. As for another pushout vane 13e facing the exhaust port 41, on the other hand, a roller 21e is guided from the close portion 22a of the cam groove 22 to its separate portion 22b, and an arm 19e rotates counterclockwise round a rotary shaft 17e. Accordingly the pulverized substance between feed vanes 14e, 14f is exhausted forcedly by counterclockwise turn of the pushout vane 13e.
