Abstract:
To provide a rotary freezer for freezing granules that are made compact.SOLUTION: A rotary freezer for freezing granules according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a circulation path 6; blowing means 7 for circulating cold air in the circulation path 6; a cooler 9 which is provided at the circulation path 6 and which cools the cold air; and a cooling drum 100 which is provided at the circulation path 6 and which freezes granules 5 while conveying them from an inlet 111 to an outlet 122 with the cold air that has flown thereinto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
