A tool is used by a player to hold a grip 11 with his hand and put the tool before his face to cover his face. A dry battery 13 accommodated in the grip 11 works as a power source, and a light emitting tube 16 made of a transparent and flexible synthetic resin tube and mounted along an edge of a supporting plate 15 fixed to the grip 11 emits light. Further, the supporting plate 15 is formed to have a silhouette in the shape of, for example, a panda, and a circular polarization plate 20, which is formed by stretching a metal net within an annular outer ring, is rotatably supported by the supporting plate 15 via a pin 21 arranged at the center of a face portion. By turning the polarization plate 20, a profile of a scene or an object in front of a player can be viewed as being dispersed due to diffraction of light.
