Abstract:
To provide a rotary heat treat furnace which simultaneously heat treats objects to be treated of different heat treatment conditions.
The rotary heat treat furnace heat treats objects to be treated placed on a hearth as continuously rotatively moving the hearth. The hearth is divided into rings in a width direction, and a dedicated drive mechanism is connected to each divided hearth. Under a furnace body and the hearths, seal mechanisms seal clearances between the furnace body and the hearths and a clearance between the hearths.
