Abstract:
To provide a rotary heat treatment furnace downsizable by reducing an installation plane area, allowing easy temperature control of a heating chamber and a soaking chamber, and having a simple structure.SOLUTION: A rotary heat treatment furnace has a planar doughnut-shaped rotary storing body 20 having multiple storing chambers 21 concentrically arranged in the circumferential direction in one or multi-stages inside a planar circular furnace wall 10. An inner space of the rotary storing body 20 is partitioned into two spaces by two partitioning walls 22 radially extended from a center of the rotary storing body, one of them is used as a heating chamber 23 and the other as a soaking chamber 24. A heating circulation fan 30 is provided above the heating chamber 23, and one or two or more soaking circulation fans 31 are provided above the soaking chamber 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
