Abstract:
To provide a state monitoring apparatus for a rotary kiln capable of monitoring the state of a rotary kiln by detecting the change of the position in the axial direction of a kiln shell by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A state monitoring apparatus A comprises: a rotary kiln 1 including a kiln shell 2 and an annular member 3; a guide roller 8 arranged so as to be separated at a prescribed distance in an axial Ax direction to the edge face of the annular member 3; and a rotation detection part 9 detecting the rotation frequency of the guide roller 8. The change of the position in the axial Ax direction of the kiln shell 2 can be detected by the rotation frequency of the guide roller 8 detected by the rotation detection part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
