Title:
ROTARY MACHINES OF THREE DIMENSIONAL STATOR STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004222492
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a rotary machine for use with a motor or a generator capable of operating with higher efficiency and with a higher power factor by making a stator core to be of a three dimensional structure.

A rotary machine of a three dimensional stator structure includes a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor. At an inner radius surface of a cylindrical stator core 1, there are provided arms that extend toward the shaft center of the rotary machine, and face a magnet the end of which is embedded into a rotor core 6, and windings are provided at the stator core 1 between the arms, and at an arm 2, as well. Thus, rotary machines for use with motors and generators capable of operating with a higher efficiency and with a higher power factor, and rotary machines with various structures by the combination of a rotor of theree dimensional structure are obtained.
