PURPOSE: To simplify a cutting tool delivery process for executing it simply in a short time by providing a means for delivering a cutting tool received in a cutting tool receiving machine to the side of a working machine.

CONSTITUTION: A motor 24 is actuated to move a working machine 2 attached onto a moving body 12 along a horizontal guide 11 to a position where a wanted cutting tool (b) in a cutting tool receiving machine 3 is attached through a chuck and mounted on a gripping body 31. Since a motor 28 is then actuated to advance a supporting body 14 toward the cutting tool receiving machine 3, the frame body 38 of the supporting body 14 enters the gripping body 31, and in this case, a cutting tool pressing member 40 is operated by an operating means 46 to rotate its taking out body 45, and the pressing face 45a of the taking out body 45 therefore abuts on the outer periphery of the cutting tool (b) held by the gripping body 31. When the supporting body 14 is moved back under this condition, the cutting tool (b) held by the gripping body 31 moves to the frame body 38.
