Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure long life and excellent efficiency, by installing a stator, to which a rotor is axially amount, to a hole of a yoke, which is shaped in a U-shaped form by bending working a magnetic plate, in an adjustable form. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 with a plurality of projection portions in the radial direction is fixed to a shaft 2, and a stator is arranged in such a manner that two stator elements, 3, 3' with comblike porjection portions, which number is same as the projection portions of the rotor 1, in the axial direction are connected by means of a non-magnetic body coupling 4. The rotor 1 is axially installed to the stator through bearings 5, 5' while a coil 11 is wound on the stator in a concentrical form as the rotor 1. Stator elements 3, 3' are installed to a hole 7-2 of a yoke 7, which is shaped in a U-shaped form by bending working a magnetic plate, and mounted to a thicker plate portion of the yoke 7 while being fastened by means of a set screw 10 of a projection portion 7-1 for adjustment with a slitty groove reaching the hole 7-2.
