Abstract:
To provide a rotary motor that prevents cogging torque from being generated, and to provide a robot and a manufacturing method of the rotary motor.SOLUTION: A rotary motor 1 comprises a stator 5 provided with a coil 53, and a rotor 3 that rotates with a rotational axis 300 as a center, that is arranged apart from the stator 5. The rotor 3 comprises a rotor frame 32 connected with the rotational axis 300, and a magnet 100 arranged on the rotor frame 32. When a direction toward the coil 53 from the magnet 100 is set to a first direction, the magnet 100 comprises a plurality of first anisotropic magnets 6 magnetized in at least the first direction, and a second isotropic magnet 7 arranged on an end face of the first isotropic magnets 6 on a positive side in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
