PURPOSE: To aim at improvement in both suction charging and thermal efficiencies simultaneously, by constituting an inside member inclusive of the whole trochoid inner circumferential surface of a rotor housing with a ceramic material.
CONSTITUTION: Both sides of a rotor housing 1 having a trochoid inner circumferential surface are covered with a pair of side housings. The inside is set down to a rotor chamber 9, while an almost triangular rotor 3, which planetarily rotates with rotation of an eccentric shaft 4 as making its apex parts 3aW3c slidingly contact with the trochoid inner circumferential surface,is housed in this rotor chamber 9. The whole trochoid inner circumferential surface is constituted with a ceramic member. Thus, both suction charging and thermal efficiencies are simultaneously promoted.
