Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary pump capable of sufficiently washing the inside of a mechanical seal part in a short time without disassembling the rotary pump.
SOLUTION: A shaft insertion hole 12 in which shafts 4, 5 are inserted is formed on a wall face on a driving part side of a pump chamber 17. The mechanical seal part 65 has a floating seat 68 in which a shaft passing through part 69 through which shafts 4, 5 pass is formed. A first flow-in groove 13 in which fluid flows and a first flow-out groove 14 from which fluid flows out are formed on a side wall of the shaft insertion hole 12, respectively. A second flow-in groove 70 in which fluid flows and a second flow-out groove 71 from which fluid flows out are formed on a wall face at a position where they correspond to the first flow-in groove 13 and the first flow-out groove 14 of the shaft passing through part 69, respectively, to improve the efficiency of liquid exchange of washing liquid in the mechanical seal part 65 so that the inside of the mechanical seal part 65 can be washed in a short time without disassembling the rotary pump.
