PURPOSE: To enable stable high-speed rotation of a rotor, by placing a rotor having a particular shape on a stator having a particular shape, ejecting air from the stator and floating and rotating the rotor by the action of the air stream.

CONSTITUTION: A ring body 3 is placed above a rotor 1 and a ring flange 2 is formed at the top of the body. A stator 4 contains an annular cavity 6 and is attached to a ring rail by an attaching part 5 provided to the bottom of the stator. The rotor 1 is placed on the stator 4 and a cover plate 7 to prevent the escape of the rotor is placed on the rotor 1 to obtain the objective rotary ring 8 for spinning frame.
