Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve performance by the sealing effect of oil in a lap part by directly injecting the oil into a middle pressure chamber in a rotary scroll compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A mirror plate passing extremely small diameter hole 15 is provided on the end plate 12A of a driven scroll 12 within the range never getting out of the outer diameter of a seal ring 14 in all positions of the seal ring 14 doing orbital motion without interfering with the outer diameter of a driven scroll shaft 13, and the position of the extremely small diameter hole 15 is set in a middle pressure chamber 18 in which the compression of a compression chamber allowed to communicate with the back surface high pressure part 16 of the driven scroll 12 by the extremely small diameter hole 15 is advanced over a maximum eliminate capacity A, so that oil can be injected to the middle pressure chamber 18. An extremely small diameter hole extending from the back surface of the end plate of the driven scroll to the tip of a lap is also opened so that the oil can be injected to the lap part. Further, a capillary tube for oil injection is inserted to a suction hole opened in the shaft part of the driven scroll to directly inject the oil to a suction passage part in the inner part of the shaft part of the driven scroll.
