Abstract:
To restrain a cutting error when changing the cutting length of a material.SOLUTION: A rotary controller 10 of a rotary shear control device 1 generates a speed command based on a preset length set value, a material length count value and a position FB. A length compensation table processor 11 reads out data corresponding to the preset length set value from a length compensation table 51, and a linear interpolator 12 calculates a length compensation value corresponding to the preset length set value by linear interpolation. A speed compensation table processor 13 reads out data corresponding to a speed FB from a speed compensation table 53, and the linear interpolator 14 calculates a speed compensation value corresponding to the speed FB by the liner interpolation. An adder 15 adds a length compensation value to a speed command generated by the rotary controller 10, and an adder 16 adds the speed compensation value to the speed command after length compensation, and generates the speed command after the length compensation and speed compensation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
