To provide a rotary slide bearing capable of enhancing holding property of lubricant to obtain excellent seizure resistance, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A rotary slide bearing has a bearing member and a shaft member 2 that is in sliding contact with the bearing member via lubricant.
