Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently control the rotational velocity of a spraying rotary driving body even when high pressure fluid is sprayed by using a thrust bearing for the contact surface between a main body and the rotary driving body. SOLUTION: In the production a vinyl chloride based polymer, in a polymerization reactor, a thrust bearing 4 is used for the contact surface between a rotary driving body 2 having a spraying nozzle 1 and a main body 3, and a scale preventing agent is sprayed uniformly on a polymerization reactor wall by a rotary sprayer using a rotary shaft 5 having an angular column joining part 6 having an angular surface as a rotary shaft for rotating the body 2. In this way, since the obtained vinyl chloride polymer can sufficiently control the rotational velocity of the spraying rotary driving body 2, a high quality product free of sale and others can be produced in high productivity.
