To remarkably enhance an accuracy of a mounting position of a back pushing roller by a paper starting end for printing of a rotary stencil printer with a simple and low-cost structure.

The rotary stencil printer comprises a collision wall means 82 for bringing a starting end of a printing sheet 35 into collisional contact by shutting off a feeding direction of the starting end of the sheet 35 while being driven in a feeding direction toward a back pushing roller 18, and printing sheet starting end laterally deviating means 86, 88, 90, 92 for pushing the starting end of the sheet brought into collisional contact with the wall means toward the roller along the wall means so as to hold the end of the sheet by a printing sheet starting end mounting means 94 of the roller.
