Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary switch capable of preventing malfunction caused by sticking of grease, applied to a click mechanism, on a substrate.SOLUTION: A rotary switch 1 is constituted by accommodating, in a space formed of a main body case 2 and a cover 3 covering a rear opening part thereof, a rotor 5 which rotates together with a dial knob 4, a substrate 8 on which a detector detecting the rotor 5 rotating and a control circuit outputting a control signal to various equipment in response to a detection signal from the detector are mounted, and a click mechanism 9 which imparts a click when the dial knob 4 is rotated. The rotor 5 is extended toward the cover 3 by penetrating the substrate 8, and the click mechanism 9 is arranged nearby an extension end thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
