Abstract:

To provide a rotary table device capable of adjusting a backlash amount according to the rotation speed of a rotary table.

The rotary table device 11 includes the rotary table 13; a worm wheel 14 integrally rotated with the rotary table; a worm screw 15 engaged with the worm wheel; and a worm screw position adjustment mechanism for adjusting the backlash amount at the engagement position according to the rotation speed of the rotary table 13 by varying a position of the worm screw 15 by moving a pressing member 26 arranged so as to be abutted on the worm screw.
