A spiral grooves 20 of plural rounds is formed on a central position in an axial direction of a pulley 3, a rotation transmitting body 21 such as a timing belt or the like, is revolved plural times along the spiral groove 20, and the edge parts 21a, 21b are fixed in the spiral groove 20 at a small interval. When a driving pulley 7 is revolved in a direction A, the first marking part 23 is detected by the first sensor 25 as an end limit, and the edge part 21a is brought into a mechanical stop state. Further when the pulley 7 is rotated in a direction B, the rotation transmitting body 21 and the pulley 3 are revolved in a direction D and a direction F plural times, the second marking 24 is detected by the second sensor 26 as an end limit, to control the driving pulley 7, and the edge part 21b reaches a specific position, and is brought into the mechanical stop state.
