To provide a rotary Takoyaki (roasted dumpling containing a piece of octopus meat) roaster capable of easily performing the roasting operation for a better taste, and improving the roasting performance and reliability as well as a work saving by swinging many rotary roasters consisting of a rotary groove and recessed roasting parts at both of ends thereof and repeating the rotation of the Takoyaki.
This rotary Takoyaki roaster is obtained by providing a heating means 2 in a machine stand 1, spanning plural swinging shafts in parallel by putting an interval on the machine stand 1, fixing crossing plural rotary grooves 5a having U-shaped cross section by putting an interval on each of the swinging shafts, installing a group of rotary roasting tools 5 by forming semi-spherical shaped roasting recessed parts 5c as opposing at both of the ends of each of the rotary grooves, and installing swinging mechanisms 6 for linking to each of the swinging shafts. Also, mounting and demounting means 4 of each of the swinging shafts are provided. An opening and closing cover 7 and an infrared rays irradiating means 8 are arranged at the upper side of the group of rotary roasting tools 5.
