Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rotary transformer, wherein a winding can be readily applied at the inner surface part of an outer core, and whose manufacturing cost can be reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A winding is applied around the inner surface part of a core 24a of an outer core 24. A winding 23 is applied around the outer surface of a core 21a in an inner core 21. The inner core 21 is provided in the outer core 24 with a specified gap being provided. One of the cores is rotated, and recording and regenerating signals are transmitted. In this rotary transformer, a winding module 26, wherein a winding 25 is formed as a unitary body by molding, is mounted at the inner surface part of the core 24a of the outer core 24.
