PURPOSE: To reduce the number of manhours and to contrive improvement in productivity by a method wherein an engaging part such as a notch, a wind ing projection and the like is provided on a printed substrate for coil-end connec tion, and position of said engaging part is set at the part where a part of a coil wire will inevitably be positioned above a solder land when coil end is engaged and fixed to the engaging part.
CONSTITUTION: Notched parts 10 are provided on the outer circumference of a printed substrate 7, and these notched parts 10 are constituted in such a manner that coil windings 5a and 5b are positioned on the solder land 9 pro vided in advance on the substrate 7 when the end part of the coils 5a and 5b, which are led out from a rotor core 1, are engaged and fixed to said notched parts 10. In other words, it is constituted that the positions of the coil windings 5a and 5b and the solder land 9 are automatically controlled. Accordingly, the positioning of the printed substrate 7 and the land part can be conducted simultaneously by fixing the coil end to the engaging part consisting of the notched parts 10 or the winding part provided on the printed substrate 7. As a result, a consistent performance of winding, fixing of wire end and soldering works can be done easily, and productivity can be improved.
