Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the rib disconnection of the outer surface of a molding by providing a body guide surface for guiding the body to the ridge of the rib opposed to at least the partial discharge hole of a discharge hole, thereby reducing the deflection of the rib.
SOLUTION: Body guide surfaces 5o, 5a, 5b, 5c are provided radially in the circumferential direction at an equal interval along a row state at the end faces 1a of a head 1 and ribs 2a to 2d, and opposed to the discharge holes 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, respectively. The surfaces 5a, 5b, 5c have radially inward guide surfaces Ea1, Eb1, Ec1 of the ribs, guide surfaces Ea, Eb, Ec at the radial center and radial outer guide surfaces Ea2, Eb2, Ec2 to be continued. Accordingly, the fluidity of the body is aided the excess body is easily suitably discharged from the discharge holes, the contact resistance between a preforming and a rotary trowel is lowered, thereby making it possible to prevent the outer surface disconnection, rib disconnection of the molding obtained thereby.
