To provide a rotary type electric razor, of not dislocating an outer blade set and an inner blade set from a predetermined assembly position, or easily preventing dislocating, when a user executes mending such as cleaning.
A rotary type electric razor 1 of the present invention is a rotary type electric razor having an outer blade 22 having on an upper surface an annular shaving surface of forming a large number of whiskers entrance ports and an inner blade 42 having a small blade for rotating while slidingly contacting from under the shaving surface with an under surface of the outer blade 22. The rotary type electric razor comprises the outer blade set 4 having the outer blade 22 installed in an outer blade cover 20 and the inner blade set 5 having the inner blade 42 installed in an inner blade guide 40. A positioning projection 30 is provided in one of the outer blade set 4 and the inner blade set 5, and a positioning recess 50 is provided in the other of the outer blade set 4 and the inner blade set 5, respectively, and only when the outer blade set 4 and the inner blade set 5 are the predetermined assembly position, the positioning projection 30 and the positioning recess 50 can be fitted, and the outer blade set 4 and the inner blade set 5 can be assembled.
