PURPOSE: To prevent rear trailing of filling material from a filling nozzle by providing a control valve which makes either of a first passage between a tank and a cylinder or a second passage between the cylinder and the filling nozzle uncommunicated when the other is communicated; and a sub-piston which shakes off residual filling material at the completion of filling process.
CONSTITUTION: When a control valve 10 rotates 90° via an operation lever 12 as soon as a main piston 11 drops, a first passage 7 between a filler storage tank 6 and a main cylinder 9 is opened so that filler is supplied into the main cylinder 9. Then with the control valve 10 rotated interlockingly with the operation lever 12, the initial state is restored so that the first passage 7 is closed. With a main piston 11 rising to the upper end at the same time of the passage 7 closing, filler in the main cylinder 9 is supplied to a filling nozzle portion 5 so that it is discharged from a discharge port 5a at the tip of the nozzle. At this time, with a lower piston portion 13b of a sub-piston 13 moving up and down in the filling nozzle portion 5, residual filling material remaining in the vicinity of the discharge port 5a can be securely shaken off.
