Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a check valve, arranged at the end part of the drive shaft of a drive scroll, from generating noise on all operation conditions and to momentarily close a delivery hole when a rotation type scroll compressor is stopped.
CONSTITUTION: A check valve 11 is formed such a manner that opening and closing of the check valve 11 are decided only in the rotation direction of a drive shaft. The check valve 11 preferably comprises a pin fixed on a drive shaft; a disc-shaped valve plate 16 consisting of a notch 13 for a delivery hole displaceable between a position communicated with a counterbore passage 12 connected to the delivery hole 5 of a drive shaft and a position wherein the counterbore passage 12 is closed, and a notch 15 for regulating movement of a pin to regulate a pin 14 between the two position; and a backer plate 17 to back up the valve plate 16. The notch 13 for a delivery hole and the counterbore passage 12 are intercommunicated when the drive shaft is rotated in a forward direction and closed when the drive shaft is reversed.
