In a water turbine chamber 27 of a head body 21, a nozzle 29 is installed to jet water out of a water channel 28 in a head shaft 22, a water turbine 30 which rotates receiving a jetted flow of water from the nozzle 29 and a decelerator 31 to reduce the speed in the rotation of the water turbine 30. A drain port 28 with a large opening area is arranged at a portion below the nozzle 29. A circumferential angle of larger than 300 or more is given from the nozzle 29 to the drain port 28.
