PURPOSE: To reduce manufacturing cost and facilitate maintenance and inspection by enabling a simultaneous supply of fluid to a plurality of points through a single valve and also ensuring a constant feed of a different fluid to different channel.

CONSTITUTION: An operating valve 26 of a drain ejection tube 23 is closed, and a fluid is supplied from a fluid intake port 15. At the same time, the main body of a valve 18 is rotated to permit the fluid to flow into a cylindrical casing through a fluid supply port 20 other than those closed with the fluid and through a fluid transfer tube 16. Then, the fluid passes through a filter 8 for filtration and this filtered fluid is discharged from a fluid discharging tube 11 through a fluid discharge chamber 9. In addition, when the above- mentioned operating valve 26 is opened, the cylindrical casing 7 which corresponds to the closed fluid supply port 20 is set to a communicating state with the drain ejection tube 23 through a drain ejection port 22. Consequently, the fluid in the fluid discharge chamber 9 is introduced to the cylindrical casing 7 to perform backwash of the filter 8.
