Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time for welding attitude conversion and movement, and enable the simultaneous welding of the respective sides of a polygonal rotary body by providing each side of the polygonal rotary body with a fixing jig for a welded component and providing plural welding machines and welded components carry-in/out devices around the rotary body.
SOLUTION: A welded body 3 is carried in to below the rotary body 4 by a carry-in/out device 1, lifted, and sets on the downward side through a fixing jig. The rotary body 4 is released from being positioned, rotated by a specific angle through a rotary body driving motor 2, and positioned. Welded bodies 3 set on the respective sides of the rotary body 4 change their welding attitudes while moved to next welding positions. Welding at the respective sides of the rotary body 4 is performed at the same time and after the welding, the rotary body 4 is released from being positioned, rotated by the specific angle, and welded next. A welded body 3 returns to a carry-in/out position and replaced with a next welded body 3. Consequently, the time for welding attitude conversion and movement is shortened and the cycle time is greatly shortened by the simultaneous welding on the respective sides.
