Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a chair-type massaging machine wherein a lower limbs part massaging unit is prevented from being continuously driven uselessly whe this unit is moved to an unused position without requiring specifically a driving and stopping operation to the lower limbs part massaging unit.
CONSTITUTION: A unit position detecting means 27 for detecting the position of an lower limbs part massaging unit being movable over the unused position and the used position to a seat part 3 of a chair main body 1, is installed. A position is detected by this detecting means 27 based on the operation of a lever 26 (a unit position operating body) operated by a user sitting on a seat part 3. A control part 31 wherein a unit 2 is worked by receiving the output of the detecting means 27 and the unit 2 is made to be under a working condition or a workable waiting condition by the output of the detecting means 27 when the unit 2 is arranged at a position for use and the action of the unit is stopped by the output of the detecting means 27 when the unit 2 is arranged at unused position, is installed.
