For the rotating connector having a rotor with an inner cylinder part 7b coupled in free rotation with a stator with an outer cylinder part 5a, housing two flat cables 3A, 3B in a reversed state in a circular space zoned between the outer cylinder part 5a and the inner cylinder part 7b, and arranging holder 4 in free rotation in the circular space, a guide wall 4b having an opening part through which the reversed parts 3a of the both flat cables 3A, 3B pass is provided in erection on a circular flat plate part 4a of the holder 4, with an inner wall face of the guide wall 4b formed in a cylindrical shape so as to surround the inner cylinder part 7b, and at the same time, a distance from rotating center of the rotor to an outer wall face of the guide wall 4b is set to be larger than other parts in the vicinity of both opening parts 11.
