PURPOSE: To prevent the clog and splash of chips at the cutting part vicinity by fitting plural elastic fine wires which decelerating chips with their collision and pass-through to the circumference of the rotating body to which the cutter of the rotating cutting tool for cutting surface of a milling machine, etc., is fitted.
CONSTITUTION: A rotating body 11 is bonded by penetrating the female screw 15 of a spindle 13 at its center and fastening a fastening screw 14 with its screwing to this female screw 15. The rotating body 11 is then fitted to a machine tool by fitting the spindle 13 to a rotating cylinder 10. On the cutting face of the rotating body 11, plural cutters 12 are fitted by a holder. Moreover, on the circumference of the rotating body 11, plural fine wires 19 decelerating chips with their collision and pass through are fitted. Also, at the place becoming the front part of the cutter 12, a pocket 18 which is the recessed place becoming the escape site of the chips is formed. Consequently, the chip is passed through by flexing the fine wire 19, though it is collided with the fine wire 19, and falls at the vicinity of the rotating body 11.
