Abstract:
PURPOSE:To drive every time with constant rotating force, by regulating mechaical energy stored in resilient member to prodetermined level and converting the mechanical energy released from said resilient member into rotary motion. CONSTITUTION:It is comprised of resilient member 5 for temporatily storing the mechanical input supplied by the operator, stopper mechanism 6 for limiting the mechanical energy stored in said resilient member 5to predetermined level, and transmission mechanism 7 for converting the mechanical energy released from said resilient member 5 into rotating force. Said transmission mechansism 7 drives the genetator 3 which produces electromotive force to function the igniter 4.
