Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the rotational accuracy of the rotating system by using a pump utilizing the pressure delivery operation of a spiral group as a pressure supply source of a static pressure bearing of the rotating system. CONSTITUTION:The titled device comprises a fixed axle 10, a fixed sleeve 11, a rotary sleeve 12, a pump 13, a lubricating oil supply part 14 of the pump 13, a through hole 15 formed in the fixed axle 10, an orifice opening 16 of a radial static pressure bearing, an orifice opening 17 of a thrust static pressure bearing, and the like. The pump 13 provided at the lower end part of the fixed sleeve 11 is a pump utilizing the pressure delivery operation of the spiral group.
