Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent wear particles from being generated in a space between an outer face of a stator iron core and a key bar and have no bad influence on electrical insulation by inserting a packing which is softer than the stator iron core between an inner face of the key bar in a stator frame and the outer face of the stator iron core.
CONSTITUTION: A key recess which is made in an outer surface of a stator iron core 1 is fit in with a key of a key bar 2. In a space between the outer surface of the stator iron core 1 and an inner face of the key bar 2, a packing 6 which is made of softer material than the stator iron core 1 is inserted. As for the packing, the one which has a high abrasion resistance such as an insulating sheet-like polyamide paper is desirable. Due to such a packing, no wear particles is generated by friction between the outer face of the stator iron core 1 and the inner face of the key bar 2 and there is no bad influence on electrical insulation.
