Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a control device of a fluidic meter measuring a flow rate of gas, liquid or the like with high precision.
CONSTITUTION: A characteristic value showing the relation between a flow rate and an output signal of a flow rate detecting means 19 is inputted to a characteristic value storage means 21, while a membership function approximating a coefficient function expressing the relation between the flow rate and the output signal of the flow rate detecting means 19 is stored in a fuzzy function storage means 20. In a fuzzy function correcting means 22, the membership function is corrected on the basis of the characteristic value, i.e., in accordance with an instrumental error. According to this constitution, an error in measurement can be made very small in comparison with the case when linear approximation is executed.
