Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent undesirable substances, heat, etc., from being transferred between a space on a rotary unit side and a space on a rotary drive unit side, enable the removal of the rotary unit for washing, cleaning, replacement, etc., and support the rotary unit by a rotary support unit stably.
SOLUTION: The armature 16 of a stator 14 and a rotor 42 with a rotor magnet 40 are made to face each other in an axial direction with the bottom 12a of a circular recessed part 12 with an open bottom therebetween. The respective rotary balls 50 of the rotor 42 are supported by the inner circumferential surface of the circular recessed part 12 under elastic pressure applied in radial directions. Further, the rotary balls 50 are rotatably supported by the upper surface of the circular recessed part 12 under magnetic attractive forces between the rotor magnet 40, the annular yoke plate 20 of the stator 14, etc.
