To provide a rotating operation device capable of having a structure enabling a pivot for rotating and operating a rotated body to manufacture at a low cost and, at the same time, obtaining a shaking prevention structure between a square hole of the rotated body and the pivot at a low cost.
A rotating operation device is equipped with a pivot 1 coaxially inserted into a square hole 20 made in a rotated body 13. Then, the pivot 1 is formed in the shape of a square shaft fittable to the square hole 20 by overlapping a plurality of shaft constituent bodies 21 having a multi-layer cross section, and an insertion site 22 into the square hole 20 in the outermost shaft constituent body 21a is expanded to the outside of an overlapping direction of the shaft constituent bodies 21 to form so that shaking between the square hole 20 and pivot 1 is prevented.
