Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of, since backlash is generated when a plane blade is engaged with an eccentric shaft and moved back and forth utilizing rotation of the eccentric shaft in a blade tip adjusting mechanism, variation in projection amount of a blade tip within this range.SOLUTION: A pressing mechanism has: a screw hole part 29 that is provided to a board surface 3 side so as to extend in a direction orthogonal to the board surface 3; and a pressing part 39 that abuts against a plane blade 35 and that is pressed to the board surface 3 by fixing by a bolt 43. The force component of downward inclination provided to the plane blade 35 by the bolt fixing is applied as a tensile force for pressing the plane blade 35 into contact with and engaging it with an eccentric shaft 33, and backlash generated between the eccentric shaft 33 and a back-and-forth adjustment hole 35D of the plane blade 35 is absorbed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
