Abstract:
This rotary operating component is provided with a rotary operating shaft (11), a bearing (13), and a ring spring (14). The bearing (13) has an annular end at the inner end of an annular region for holding the rotary operating shaft (11). A first tapered surface which causes the inner diameter of the bearing (13) to increase toward the inner side of the bearing (13) is formed inside the annular end. A second tapered surface which causes the outer diameter of the rotary operating shaft (11) to increase toward the inner side of the bearing (13) is formed on the surface of the rotary operating shaft (11), which faces the first tapered surface. The taper angle of the first tapered surface is larger than the taper angle of the second tapered surface. The ring spring (14) is sandwiched between the first tapered surface and the second tapered surface so as to press on the first tapered surface.
