Title:
ROTATION POSITIONING DEVICE FOR ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3888280
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rotation positioning device for a rotor not required to use an optical sensor and a rotary encoder.
SOLUTION: This rotation positioning device for a work W of a disk shape having a key groove Wa in an eccentric position has a work holding part 3 for holding the work W rotatably, a shaft-fixed disk 9 fixed to a rotary shaft 7 and having a fixing pin 9a, a rotary claw 10 supported rotatably by the rotary shaft 7, a stopper 15 for bringing the claw 10 into contact along a rotational direction to stop it, and a work engaging part 12 having a positioning claw 12d engageable with the key groove Wa of the work W. The positioning claw 12d of the work engaging part 12 is engaged with the key groove Wa of the work W, during one rotation of the rotary shaft 7, based on a relation among the disk 9, the claw 10 and the stopper 15. The rotary shaft is rotated thereafter together with the work W, and the work W is positioned in a prescribed position when the shaft 7 is stopped by the stopper 15.
