Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary input device capable of suppressing a demand component number.SOLUTION: A rotary input device comprises: a dial that rotates around a center of a predetermined axial line by a rotational operation, and is deviated to a lower position from an upper position along the axial line by a depression operation; a shaft that is connected and integrally formed to the dial, and transmits an operation force applied to the dial; a first moderate part that engages to the shaft when the dial is positioned at the upper position, and applies a moderation feeling to the rotational operation to the dial by rotating in accordance with the rotation of the dial; a second moderate part that engages to the shaft when the dial is positioned at the lower position, and applies the moderation feeling to the rotational operation to the dial by rotating in accordance with the rotation of the dial at the lower position; and a detection part that detects the rotation of the first moderate part and the second moderate part, and outputs a signal corresponded to a detection result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
