PURPOSE: To provide a rotational motion copying device which regards the load torque and rotational speed of rotational motion as a function of an angle of rotation and can control them at the same time with good precision and reproducibility so as to improve and decide the ability of a player of sports who performs rotational motion that requires muscular strength speediness and durability.

CONSTITUTION: The rotational motion copying device has a variable speed motor 101 for speed control and a variable speed motor 114 for torque control coupled with both ends of rotary shafts 106 and 108 fitted with a load 107 through one-way clutches 103 and 112. When the load rotates normally, the lower limit of the load torque and the upper limit of the rotating speed are controlled as a function of the angle θ of rotation of the road with a torque function T(θ) and a speed function N(θ) and when the load reverses, the one-way clutches are both disconnected.
