Title:
ROTATIONAL POSITION DETECTION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR LOOM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000239948
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide the subject system designed to avoid malweaving due to the output timing lag for the original signals of a plurality of rotational position detective means differing in resolution from one another.

This system works as follows: when the electric source for a loom in turned ON, a loom control computer Co acts to make a slow normal revolution of a loom drive motor Mo so as to make a single normal rotation of the loom; the angle of rotation for the loom is 360° variable, and a rotary encoder 27 outputs an original signal once; by the way, the rotary encoder 27 is also connected to a shedding control unit C3 so as to dispatch signals thereto; thereby an original signal outputted during the slow normal rotation of the loom drive motor Mo is sent to the shedding control unit C3 as well; and the shedding control unit C3, in turn, creates an original signal of a rotary encoder 11 using the above original signal sent from the rotary encoder 27.
