Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor assembly for a vacuum dry pump that is inexpensive and can replace an only part that needs to be replaced.SOLUTION: A rotor assembly 10 for the vacuum dry pump has: a screw rotor 11; and a rotor shaft 12 extending so as to penetrate through the center of the screw rotor 11. The screw rotor 11 comprises: a part in a direction of a center axis 10a that is a stationary-side rotor part 16 integrally formed with the rotor shaft 12; and the rest part that is a detachable-side rotor part 17 mounted to the rotor shaft 12 so as to be detachable.
