To provide a rotor for a brushless motor, and the brushless motor by which desired rotation characteristics are obtained by preventing a relative dislocation between a rotor for a sensor and a magnet.
A stepped portion 21 is formed on a rotor shaft 20 constituting the rotor 18 for the brushless motor. The magnet 30, the rotor portion 35 for a resolver and an inclusion member 24 are fixed on the rotor shaft 20. The rotor portion 35 for the resolver detects a rotational position of the rotor shaft 20. The inclusion member 24 is arranged between the magnet 30 and the rotor portion 35 for the resolver. The magnet 30 and the inclusion member 24 are mutually fitted in a circumferential direction by a first fitting portion. The inclusion member 24 and the rotor portion 35 for the resolver are mutually fitted in a circumferential direction by a second fitting portion.
