Abstract:
To reduce a rise in a temperature of a rotor of a rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A rotor cooling structure 60 cools down a rotor of a turbine generator that comprises: the rotor that has a rotor shaft 11, a rotor iron core and rotor winding 13; a stator; a frame; a cooling unit; an excitation device 50 that has an exciter 51, a rotation rectifier 52 and an excitation device cover and supplies DC power to the rotor winding via a center hole conductor structure 55; and an inner fan 15b. The rotor cooling structure 60 has: a center hole 61 formed from a shaft end part 11f of the rotor shaft 11 along a rotation shaft and that accommodates the center hole conductor structure 55; a plurality of conductor lateral part flow channels 62 formed at a lateral part of the center hole conductor structure 55 of the rotor shaft 11 to allow an axial outside space 61a and an axial inside space 61b in the center hole 61 that are divided by the center hole conductor structure 55 to communicate with each other; and a plurality of winding end part side flow channels 63 that allow the axial inside space 61b and an annular space 65 to communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
